SUMMER RENTAL down payment is HALF of the total to reserve a date. The payment must arrive within TEN DAYS of confirming the date. The final payment must be received 30 days prior to the check-in date. If renting for Memorial Day, July 4'th or Labor Day, the final payment must be received SIX WEEKS in advance of the holiday.
There is a 5% handling charge on all returned down payments.
Only cash and checks are accepted.
